Shipping & Order Status

We do our best to be as transparent as possible when it comes to customer orders & shipping.

Canada & USA Standard Shipping Rates:

$4.95 CAD flat rate delivery on orders within Canada and the USA. Free shipping applies to all Canadian and USA orders over $50 CAD, excluding taxes and fees. We ship from Canada. 

International Shipping 

Carriers are selected based on the most efficient delivery. International customers are responsible for any taxes, customs duties, VAT and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs assessed during checkout. Please note: If an item is returned or refused shipping will not be reimbursed. Additional time may be required for customs processing of international shipments on both our end and yours.

Processing Times

Many of our items are made to order. Making products on demand instead of in bulk reduces overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions. Processing time is typically 2 to 3 days (excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your is placed. 

To expedite order processing and deliver your new swag promptly, we initiate order processing upon receipt. Therefore, orders cannot be canceled once placed. 

Order Tracking

You can check the status of your order by by signing into your account, or by selecting the tracking code from your shipment confirmation Email. 

Please note: after you receive your confirmation email it may take 24 hours for your order to show up in the tracking status. This is due to processing on the carriers end and not ours. Delivery of your order may also be delayed due to weather conditions, or other events out of our control.

Emails Regarding Your Order

After placing your order, you will receive email updates relating to your order status. Keep these emails accessible for your records.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30 day return window. Refunds, or exchanges are available within 30 days of the original purchase date. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and unused. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs assocciated with returns & exchanges. We do not reimburse shipping, duty or VAT. We reserve the right to not accept worn or damaged returns.

Our team carefully inspects every item after production and again at the time of packaging for delivery. In the event an error was made on our part such as a design flaw, or an incorrect item being shipped we will cover shipping to correct the issue. Claims must be made within 30 days of purchase. 

Please reach out using the Contact Form so an exchange, or refund can be arranged. Please include your order number & name for faster service. Refunds will be refunded to the original payment method, and are not issued until we have received and inspected all items.

How do I maintain my wool hat?

Always read & follow your label. To care for wool baseball caps, hand-wash them in cool water using a mild wool-specific detergent. Handle them gently, avoiding any vigorous scrubbing or twisting of the fibers. Rinse thoroughly in cool water and gently roll the cap in a thick towel to remove excess moisture. Finally, let it air dry on a form resembling a head for the best results.

How do I become a retailer, or affiliate?

Please reach out though our contact form. A rep will make contact within a few business days to guide you through our application process, and provide any necessary information.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns in their original packaging that are unwashed, unworn, or defective. We refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. We inspect all items before shipping and package items securely. If there is an issue with your order message us directly using the contact form to make it right. 

Do you ship internationally?

We are based in Calgary, AB Canada. We currently ship primarily within Canada and to the USA. For more info on which other countries we ship too, add items to cart and select your country from the drop down menu during the checkout process. All available countries will appear in the drop down.
